SUMMARY
The Almier Nation was created by the world nations to contain and monitor individuals with supernatural abilities. However the Almier believe they can do more than just monitor extra-ordinary humans, they believe they can also help to achieve world peace and are trying to convince the world of this. At the same time, a small group of supernatural individuals who do not wish to be monitored or contained by the Almier set out to make their displeasure known.
