Luchiru is a Majin who lives beneath the surface of the earth.He was sent on the surface of the earth as a Spy who will gather information in order to defeat the humans who is living above it.But the problem is "Majin's have a different understanding about Humans, they strongly believe that the Human Race are far more superior than Majin's in every sort of way, but in fact it is the other way around.How would Luchiru survive in the Human World where he has different point of views on the strength of Human that he Strongly believe that just a touch would make him combust and be disintegrated in an instant?!

The Law of Ueki plus takes place 2 years after the end of The Law of Ueki, everyone has gone there own way and life has become peaceful again until one day Ueki saves a dog only to stumble upon a plot to steal the memories from all the people of earth. ueki as the only person who did not have his memories taken, must go into a new world and retrieve the stolen memories where new allies, foes and powers await. 

Tamano Kako and Marunouchi Gaku were the best of friends, but Gaku had to leave with his father to travel the world. However, Gaku promised that if Kako waited, he would come back in 10 years and they would go out. However, right after Gaku left the law of Takkoku was created: If you confess your love to someone, you must beat them at a game of ping pong; if you touch each other before the game, that person will be punished. If you win, regardless of the other person's feelings, you automatically go out. However, Kako is called the best ping pong player in Japan and Gaku has never played ping pong before AND he wants to be the one that confesses. How will these two people's love flourish under these conditions?
