However, he was betrayed by Wang Xian’er, leading to a change in the heavenly throne. At the brink of death, Lin Dao comprehended the supreme blade heart. In the near future, large mechs called Labors are made to assist in various reconstruction projects in major countries around the world that are being threatened by global warming. In Japan, the government has enacted Project Babylon in order to conduct land reclamation.However, terrorists are now attempting to use labors to make themselves heard, as well as common criminals, thugs and guerrillas. The National Police Agency established the Special Vehicles Division, an all-labor task force to combat the potential use of labors for criminal/terrorist activities.

Sunao always thought she'd fall in love when she started junior high school. But there aren't any attractive boys at school. Still Sunao doesn't give up and meets two handsome upperclassmen. The kind and sensitive Toru and the cheerful and friendly Kaoru are members of the school Magic Club, which Sunao also joins. Then she finds out that Toru and Kaoru are actually thieves known as "B-apostrophe" who need Sunao's help as a master of the martial art Shinbu-ryu. They are trying to find the treasures hidden by the illustrious thief from the Taisho Era.
According to the legend, whoever finds seven glass balls and solves the seven secrets, hidden in each, will win treasures worth 30 billion yen and learn a strange magic secret. Sunao is surprised by this and becomes part of the team because she is attracted to the boys. It's like being in heaven surrounded by two such beauties.

Feeling rejected, he became a hardcore hikikomori and shut the world around him, his parents also won't send him money since then. When he starved to death without any money, lost hope and would decide to go just die he found a computer on the street (containing Will.CO21 virus) and took it home. He found a way to participate in a martial arts tournament "Holy Devil Cup" from that computer. Where the winner could get the power to rule the world, martial artists, soldiers, vampires, Majin - all 3024 participants gather there. Now what Hideo would do to win this mad tournament...
