The year is Universal Century 0133. Ten years have past since the armed resistance of the aristocratic fraction, the Crossbone Vanguard, was subdued. Tobia Aronnax is an exchange student onboard the spaceship Smashion to Jupiter, but during a surprised attack by a group of space pirates who call themselves the Crossbone Vanguard, he finds out that there were actually hidden agendas among those in the Smashion and in Jupiter itself.
After being saved by a member of the pirates named Kincaid Nau, he was taken aboard the pirate ship, the Mother Vanguard, and was convinced by its captain, Berah Ronah, to join them. The pirate group's true identity was revealed to be a guerilla group resisting the secret fraction within Jupiter, the Jupiter Empire, which intends to conquer Earth. Mobile Suit Gundam 00F is a manga side story that's concurrent in canon with the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 anime. The manga features the Celestial Being group called Fereshte that deploys the second generation Gundams, the GNY series. They are the shadow group of Celestial Being as to the primary Gundam Meister's and crew of the Ptolemaios. Fereshte was proposed by second generation Gundam Meister, Chall Acustica, and approved by Veda to support Celestial Being within their shadows.
As Celestial Being begins their anti-war activities, Fereshte begins to move in with the group being led by Chall Acustica, an ex-veteran of Celestial Being who had ended her service as a Gundam Meister after getting scarred in an unknown accident. Tastumi is a normal boy going to school and living with his strict older brother. Orphaned at a young age, his brother has been both a mother and a father to him. One day, he and his friends are about to rescue a beautiful girl from being harrassed when she beats them up herself. When she sees Tatsumi, she suddenly calls him "Rui". What does this mean? Who is the girl? Why are there strange men attacking him all of a sudden? And why is his brother suddenly so different??

He first warns the Murakami family (father Atsushi, mother Tomoko, and son Mamoru) of their invasion, and demonstrates his powers by transporting them to a prehistoric jungle and destroying a Giant Dinosaur (in reality, Agon, the title monster of a Godzilla-like TV series) before their very eyes. But they will not agree to surrender to Goa, so hope comes in the form of Magma, an armored, golden giant with long hair and antennae. He and his human-sized wife Mol, both created by the wizard Earth (who sure enough lives deep beneath the Earth), are sent to defend our world against Goa.

In the distant future, in a distant corner of Siberia, people live in domed cities called Domepolises. These are the primary human living spaces on Earth, which became uninhabitable years ago from environmental destruction. Now, parts of the Earth are becoming habitable again. Large portions of the Domepolises are breaking off to escape the powers that control the domes and trade.
Gainer Sanga, video game champ on his 200th victory, becomes an unwilling helper in his hometown`s Exodus when he is wrongfully arrested by the Siberian Railway. He pilots a giant mecha which he dubs `King Gainer` after his own video game handle. He is challenged to fight other Overmen as Yapan tries to escape across Siberia.

The manga is an adaption of the anime that goes by the same name and which was thought up and directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino. The manga is drawn by one of the series' character designers, Yoshihiro Nakamura, and Tomino is credited as writer. Nakamura is (in my opinion) a rather talented artist, with a good sense for scenery and setting. He has a knack for adapting the great designs originally done by Kenichi Yoshida and manages to bring these characters alive.

Kotetsu is determined do what's best for the people, while Barnaby took up superheroing in the hope of one day discovering his parents' murderer.
