SUMMARY
In the year 2035, a futuristic Seoul is the center for a brewing war for organized crime. After the world’s most dangerous criminal overlord turns himself in, he personally requests Rookie Agent Jaehyun Yoon to aid in capturing and tearing down the organization full of superpowered maniacs that Q helped build up. However, when Jaehyun manifests supernatural powers, he begins to think Q might know more than he is letting on about Jaehyun’s past.
